Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to start a book, add a memory and enjoy the finished pages, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or larger text. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: readable contrast, pages that work with a keyboard and screen readers, and clear messages when something in a form needs fixing.

What isn't there yet:

  • Voice and video memories don't have captions or written transcripts yet.
  • Photos in a book are described by who shared them (for example, “Photo shared by Priya”), not by what's in them.

If anything is hard to use: tell us through our contact form, and we'll help another way.
